From Far Away Anime Reveals New Trailer and Cast

A classic manga romance is finally getting its long-awaited anime adaptation.

From Far Away (Kanata Kara) has released a new main trailer and key visual ahead of its October 4, 2026 premiere, while four additional cast members and the opening and ending themes have also been revealed.

The anime is being produced by Studio DEEN, with the original creator Kyoko Hikawa supervising the adaptation.

They join the previously announced main cast of Tomoyo Kurosawa as Noriko, Kentaro Kumagai as Izark, Yuichiro Umehara as Rachef and Eiji Takeuchi as Keimos.

With the additional characters now revealed, the anime's ensemble is beginning to take shape ahead of its premiere.

New Opening and Ending Songs

The main trailer also previews both theme songs.

The opening theme is "Tokoko" by GNJB, while Nanashi no Taro performs the ending theme "Hikari no Soba de."
